Cultural studies graduate and certified organizational consultant with extensive knowledge and diverse experience in sustainable business and investing across civil society, business, and finance, her consulting approach is characterized by a combination of analysis, empowerment, and empathy. She is convinced that the transition to sustainable business requires both knowledge of interrelationships and an understanding of the urgency of the transformation, as well as motivated and mutually empowering people as drivers. As a moderator and speaker, Constanze Boulanger conveys target group-specific expertise, enthusiasm for the transition to sustainable business, and insights into success factors and stumbling blocks – always with humor.
