Why we show ART AND CLEAR EDGE

Do you have a favourite painter, composer, playwright? A favourite painting, symphony, play? Then you certainly know that special feeling that grips you when experience art. Art speaks to us in a different way than words, art touches us, gets under our skin and in the best case throws out the anchor somewhere deep inside us and hooks on. Art, we are convinced, can help us to look at things with different eyes, to approach them differently. To put them in context and to sense the big picture. 

We believe in the power of art and want to give it a stage for one evening. We bring art into our office. But we wouldn't be fors if we left it at that. At fors, we show our true colors and expect the same from the companies we work with. 

That's why we're going a new way and are launching our new event format ART AND CLEAR EDGE. The idea: flanked by the works of an artist, we put a topic that is close to our hearts in the limelight. We invite guests to enter into a dialogue with us – live on site and in colour. On Thursday, March 16th at 6:30 p.m., the first event in our new series will present our “Oconomy” concept in our offices at Unterer Anger 3. You can look forward to: 

• An introduction to the paintings of the Munich artist Vicky Anna Lardschneider by art mediator and creative coach Carola Conradt 
• Visions and impulses for the "economy" with our senior expert for marine topics Professor Karin Lochte, former head of the Alfred Wegener Institute Helmholtz Center for Polar and Marine Research, Dr. Alexis Katechakis and the exciting startups CargoKite, everwave and koralo 
• An underwater room where you can "dive" for a few minutes with the help of VR goggles 
• Networking and discussions with finger food and drinks
