A new understanding of sustainability
For many companies, sustainability is increasingly becoming a strategic factor with an impact on the company's core business, reputation and culture. Roles and tasks of CR departments are changing rapidly and expectations placed on sustainability experts in the company are increasing.
Only a short time ago, the focus was on environmental management systems and reporting issues. Today, companies are increasingly expected to provide momentum for the further development of their own business models.
Sustainability experts in the company are becoming important sparring partners for top executives and decision-makers in the individual divisions. They must understand and address risks derived from ecological constraints and societal developments, and identify opportunities that arise for their own company from a sustainability perspective at an early stage.

CR Bootcamp Participants
In the 1-day CR Bootcamp, necessary basic knowledge is imparted in an interactive and cross-sector mannerto enable participants to meet new challenges and opportunities in daily corporate life. The offer is aimed at managers and employees from CR departments, CR career changers, and interested executives. The groups consist of a maximum of 12 participants per workshop.

Frank Sprenger
Many years of experience in strategy consulting in the areas of environmental protection, sustainability, corporate responsibility and climate protection as well as top management consulting regarding CR strategies since 2008 (DAX corporations as well as SMEs).
Dr. Alexis Katechakis
Many years of experience in sustainability consulting and as press officer, PR consultant and scientist. Main focus at fors.earth: development of sustainability strategies, sustainable value chains, conducting trainings, workshops and facilitations.
