Getting started with sustainability communication – with the experts from fors.earth



How can communication and collaboration be successful in the context of sustainability?


Communication and collaboration play an important role in the area of corporate sustainability. What mindset do relevant stakeholder groups have and how can I influence this? How can I convince colleagues, partners or customers of the importance and motivate and empower them? What messages am I conveying and with what tonality? How do I avoid greenwashing and communicate transparently and boldly?

In a mixture of keynote speech, interactive tasks and discussion, we impart cross-industry basic knowledge and condition you to meet the communication challenges and opportunities in your everyday business.
In a keynote speech, Philipp Schär will provide information on how heterogeneous attitudes of different stakeholder groups can be anticipated and influenced, and then use practical examples from international companies to illustrate the power of motivation and commitment to communication.
In an interactive exercise, you will then deal with the question of how communication and collaboration can succeed, what challenges there are and how they can be overcome.
There is also time and space to exchange experiences and ideas and to network.
We are pleased that representatives of different corporations and start-ups are taking part in the format.

In the 0.5-day communication boot camp – in a manageable group of max. 12 people – we empower you to:

  • anticipate heterogeneous attitudes of internal and external stakeholders of different cultures
  • shape heterogeneous attitudes of internal and external stakeholders of different cultures
  • use the power of motivation and commitment within communication for your sustainability projects
  • recognize success factors of sustainability communication and collaboration and overcome obstacles

The offer is aimed at employees from CR departments, those responsible for communication and interested executives. The groups consist of a maximum of 12 and a minimum of 3 participants per workshop.

Philipp Schär
Many years of experience as a consultant and interim manager in Germany and Switzerland. Most recently head of strategy and consulting at Jung von Matt / brand identity in Zurich. Mr. Schär draws on brand consulting expertise with over 40 companies.

A Registration & Price


Our registration principle: first come, first served. Registrations are possible no later than 6 weeks before the desired dates at:

400 € / per person including lunch, for start-ups 125 € and for contacts of existing customers free of charge. If you book all 3 modules, the costs for the communication boot camp do not apply. Group discounts and in-house workshops possible by arrangement. We are also happy to personally address your specific questions and suggestions as well as company-specific topics of the participants.

Please note the following cancellation fees in the event of cancellation:
- Up to 4 weeks before the event: free of charge
- 27 - 10 days before the event: 80 % cancellation fee / existing customers 100 € administrative expenses
- From 9 days before the event: 100 % cancellation fee / existing customers 200 € administrative expenses
